IMPORTANT NOTES FOR PARENTS:

• All child vendors MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the event.
• Due to the liability issues, NO HOMEMADE EDIBLE PRODUCTS (for humans OR animals) will be permitted to be sold by child vendors. Only exception: Prepackaged products. (i.e. Girl Scout Cookies, sealed drinks, etc…)
• PLEASE only fill out this form if you and your child are committed to participating in this event. No-shows will not be invited back. In the event of an emergency that makes it impossible for your child to participate, please email us ASAP at fdcevents@fresnodiscoverycenter.org.
