Food Vendors
To ensure that our events are following County regulations for event food vendors, we need you to have the below County paperwork completed and ready to send BEFORE you fill out our Event Vendor Request Form:
County of Fresno Community Event Food Vendor Application
This County paperwork will be requested immediately after submitting the FDC Vendor application form. Any vendors that do not submit the required paperwork within one week of filling out our Vendor Application will be removed from consideration and fees refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to complete the County paperwork above, you will not, unfortunately, be able to participate as a food vendor at our events.
Below is info to help you fill out your County paperwork. This is for the top “event” box on the form. You will need to fill out one form for each event.
