Attendance for our family events continued to grow last year:

2024 EggFest - over 1200 attendees!

2024 Tricks & Treats - over 1700 attendees!!

This year we expect to continue to see significant growth in our event attendance!

EggFest - Saturday, April 12th, 2025

Tricks & Treats - Saturday, October 18th, 2025

Vendor Fees: 

$45 for 1 event 
$35 each for 2+ events  

​

Included with Cost:

  • Advertisement on our event webpage  (EggFest and/or Tricks & Treats)

  • 10' x 10' booth space in an outdoor setting 

  • Upon request (while supplies last): 1 table & 2 chairs

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We ask our booth vendors to provide a fun hands-on activity relevant to the event's theme OR hand out candy to children at your booth. (Or both!)

  •  We encourage you to decorate your booth (and yourself! Costumes encouraged!) with the theme of the event:

    • EggFest = Spring theme

    • Tricks & Treats =  Halloween (NON-spooky, child-friendly) and fall theme
      As added incentive: We will be running a booth decorating contest at each event and the winner will receive a free booth at one of our future events!

  • We always recommend all vendors bring a canopy for their booth.

Event Vendor Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Payment will be processed immediately upon submission of the request form to hold your place. If we decide your business is not a good fit for our event, we will notify you and refund the full amount. 

  • In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be done via email at least 30 days before the event. Email us at our event email (above) with the SUBJECT LINE: Vendor Cancellation.

  • Cancellations that happen less than 30 days prior to the event must also notify FDC via our event email, but will not receive a refund.
     

 

COMMUNICATION

EMAILS

  • Email is our primary mode of communication with our vendors and it is crucial that you don't miss any essential information.  Please add our email (above) to your contacts and check your email often as the event gets closer. 

  • If you have not received any emails from us by the week before the event, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not have any emails from us, please email us ASAP to let us know.

 

TEXTING

  • We will occasionally text to notify you of important info or emails.

  • PLEASE NOTE that this texting system is NOT sent from a mobile device and your text responses will not be seen unless we are sitting at a computer. 

  • Texts will only be checked regularly prior to the week before the event. 

  • From the week before through the actual event we ask that you contact us ONLY via email, as that is the only way we can reliably receive your info during last minute event prep.
     

 

DAY-OF-EVENT IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • If you have had no communication from us, we are not expecting you on the day of the event. Please help us sort this out AHEAD of the event, as you will not be allowed to participate if you just show up and we're not expecting you.

  • Vehicles must be moved off property to the designated vendor parking immediately after unloading. 

  • All booths must be ready for guests by 30 min prior to the event.

  • FDC does not guarantee sales or event attendance. An estimated attendance number based on previous events may be shared, but it is not a guarantee.

  • It is important to late coming guests that vendors do not begin teardown of booths until the event's end time.

DAY-OF-EVENT IMPORTANT TIMES  

7:30am    -  Vendor setup begins. You may pull into the gate near the winery (barn) at 1944 N. Winery to unload at your assigned time.  Staff will be there to check you in.

Please unload quickly and immediately move your car across the street to the designated vendor parking area.

9:15am    -   All vendor cars must be parked in the designated vendor parking.

9:30am    -   All vendors must be public-ready.

10:00am  -   Gates open & Event begins!

2:00pm    -   Event ends & clean up begins. REMEMBER: TEAR-DOWN DOES NOT START UNTIL 2!
