There’s always something happening at Fresno Discovery Center! From weekly programs for little learners to seasonal science activities and community events, our programs bring families together to explore, create, and discover.
Check out our weekly and monthly activities like Music Mondays, Saturday Science, and First Saturdays, or join us for our signature annual events; EggFest in the spring and Tricks & Treats in the fall. For adults, don’t miss Café Scientifique, our after-hours series at Tioga-Sequoia Beer Garden, where science meets conversation in a fun, relaxed setting.

Weekly Activities
Music Mondays
Start your week off with a song! Music Mondays is a lively, hands-on program designed especially for kids ages 4 & under. Each session is filled with singing, dancing, rhythm, and musical play that spark creativity and joy.
Led by our talented educators, Music Mondays helps little learners build early language, motor, and social skills all while wiggling, giggling, and making music together.

Saturday Science
Science comes alive every Saturday! Join us from 11 AM to 12 PM for a hands-on, brains-on activity designed to spark curiosity in kids of all ages.
Watch as your kids experiment, create, and explore the world of science, whether they’re mixing colors, making dino footprints, or crafting glowing skies inspired by the northern lights.

Make Saturdays the highlight of your week with science that’s fun for the whole family!
Sensory Sunday
Join us or a calming, hands-on sensory experience designed especially for curious little learners and families who enjoy a more relaxed pace.
Watch as your kids squish, scoop, pour, and explore through themed sensory bins, textures, and creative play. Whether they’re diving into watery sensory bins, exploring oobleck, or discovering new textures, every activity encourages imagination and gentle discovery.
