PLEASE NOTE: Due to our limited food vendor space, combined with increasing attendance (both attendees AND vendors), starting in 2026, our food vendor spots will be available by INVITE ONLY.

Recent Attendance Highlights:
2025 EggFest: nearly 1,600 attendees
2025 Tricks & Treats: 1,400 attendees (Attendance was limited by parking. Improvements planned for 2026.)
Booth Decorating Contest
Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths for EggFest and Tricks & Treats. Guests vote on their favorites and selected booths will be featured on our social media pages!

Food Vendor Requirements
- Fill out and send us the County of Fresno Community Event Vendor Application.
- Send us a copy of your COI with Fresno Discovery Center named as additional insured.
- Pay your vendor fees via FDC's Food Vendor Form. Link will be emailed to you if you are picked to participate.
We will be unable to work with food vendors who do not fill out and submit the above County paperwork by the deadline.
Below is info to help you fill out your County paperwork. This is for the top “event” box on the form. You will need to fill out one form for each event.

$45 for one event
$80 for both events
What's Included
- Your linked logo on our event webpage (EggFest and/or Tricks & Treats)
- Outdoor space for food trucks or trailers or a 10′ × 10′ booth
Deadlines:
- Last day to apply for EggFest: Sat Mar 14th, 11pm
- Last day to apply for Tricks & Treats: Sat Oct 3rd, 11pm
- Last day for a refund for EggFest: Thurs Feb 26th, 11pm
- Last day for a refund for Tricks & Treats: Fri Sept 11th, 11pm
